Complaints procedure.
We take pride in the standard of care at Tao Skincare & Laser Clinic. If something has fallen short, we want to know so we can put it right.
Step 1 — Talk to us
Please raise your concern with your therapist or the salon manager on the day if possible, or contact us on info@taoskincare.co.uk or 01392 273 860. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation.
Step 2 — Formal complaint
If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, please put it in writing to the salon manager at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to give a full response within 14 working days.
Step 3 — External review
If you are not satisfied with our response, treatments regulated by Devon County Council (including laser and IPL) can be escalated to the Council's licensing team. We will happily provide contact details on request.
