Terms & conditions.
These terms apply when you book, pay for or receive treatments at Tao Skincare & Laser Clinic. By making a booking you agree to them on behalf of yourself (and anyone you book on behalf of).
Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly laser, courses and longer treatments. Deposits are redeemed against the cost of your treatment on the day.
Cancellations & no-shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed appointments, may forfeit the deposit or be charged at up to 50% of the treatment price.
Consultations & patch tests
A consultation and, where required, a patch test must be completed before your first laser, electrolysis or skin needling treatment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule treatment if a required patch test has not been carried out or if a contraindication is disclosed.
Suitability & honesty of information
You agree to give us accurate information about your health, medication and skincare history at consultation and to update us if anything changes. Some conditions and medications mean a treatment is not suitable.
Courses & pre-paid treatments
Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment.
Results
Results vary between individuals and depend on skin type, hair type, lifestyle and aftercare. We will always give you an honest and realistic expectation at consultation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
